Hove Park Adult programme
Our Adult program caters for all ages, abilities and tennis experience.
If you’ve never picked up a racket then no problem; we can get you started with beginner group classes or with individual lessons to arm you with the skills you need to start your tennis journey.
For those who have played before we offer adult improvers classes which will use a mix of feeding and rally drills to make sure you hit a lot of tennis balls whilst getting the advice you need to improve.
For more advanced players we, along with Hove Park Tennis Alliance, offer team practices with Alistair and Basia, and we offer individual lessons to really raise your level. (For more information please contact our coaches.)
Cardio tennis is a high energy, action packed tennis fitness class. The class is designed to keep your heart rate up, to burn calories, and offers a full body workout whilst you hit lots of shots to improve your game. Cardio is social and open to all ages, fitness levels and tennis abilities.
